London-based events planner Tom Couch has recently launched his own company where he curates weddings that range from best of British in Cornwall to destination weddings that circumnavigate the globe, be it the sun-drenched shores of Barbados, Capri, or the South of France. Thomas honed his craft under Lady Elizabeth Anson, cousin to the late Queen, where he absorbed the mantra that the “devil is in the detail.” It was here he helped stage some of the world’s most memorable occasions at venues such as The Met in New York and the V&A, the inimitable St James’s Palace, as well as starry stalwarts like The Ritz and Claridge’s. Unsurprisingly, Claridge’s tapped him, and since then he has directed private events across the London scene, from Annabel’s to The Arts Club to Kensington Roof Gardens and beyond (with Oxfordshire’s modern legend Estelle Manor being a notable mention). Today, Thomas channels this wealth of experience into weddings defined by timeless style and seamless execution. He believes planning should feel like a partnership – working closely with each couple to translate their vision into a day that surpasses expectation. For his discerning clients, Thomas creates weddings that are not only flawlessly orchestrated but also deeply personal, resonant, and remembered forever.
